Da Lat

The Misty City of Eternal Spring

Overview

Originally designed and built by the French in the early 20th century as a retreat for colonial officials, Da Lat still carries the elegance and charm of its origins. Nestled in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, this hilltop city was crafted to be a peaceful escape — and it remains just that today.

Da Lat’s beauty lies not only in its French-inspired villas, tree-lined boulevards, and old railway stations, but also in its cool mountain air, pine forests, and blooming flower gardens. The city’s year-round spring-like climate gives it a distinct atmosphere, unlike anywhere else in Vietnam.

Beyond the scenery, Da Lat welcomes visitors with fresh produce, colorful markets, cozy cafés, and the warmth of its people. Whether you’re wandering past lakes and waterfalls or sipping hot artichoke tea in a quiet corner, Da Lat offers a blend of history, nature, and culture that leaves a lasting impression.
