Halong Bay
Let’s take a moment to explore this UNESCO World Heritage seascape – your kind of Halong Bay might just be waiting somewhere among the waves.
Xin Chao! Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City! Your guide will welcome you at Tan Son Nhat Airport and transfer you to your hotel to check in. Your room is available from 02:00 PM.
Spend the rest of the day as you wish. Lunch and dinners are not included. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning: Adventure to Cu Chi Tunnels
At 07:00 AM, your driver and guide will come to your hotel to take you by car to Bach Dang Pier. At 07:20 AM, board a speedboat and leave the bustling city behind while traveling along the river with lush jungle on either side. Enjoy a light breakfast of sandwiches or pastries, tropical fruits, and Vietnamese iced coffee as your guide explains rural life along the river banks.
By 08:50 AM, you’ll have arrived at the Cu Chi Tunnels before the crowds. Watch a brief film about the site before exploring the tunnels. Find hidden bunkers, walk through an actual Viet Cong tunnel, view weapon and booby trap displays, and even try the cassava root that helped feed soldiers during the war.
11:00 AM: Have a great lunch by the river with Vietnamese food after getting back to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive at Bach Dang Pier around 01:00 PM.
Afternoon: Ho Chi Minh City Tour
In the afternoon, your guide will take you through Saigon’s history. You can visit the Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Opera House before heading to the War Remnants Museum, where powerful exhibits offer a moving look at the Vietnam War.
Enjoy dinner at your leisure and relax at your hotel.
At 07:30 AM, your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel and head to Ben Tre.
At 10:00 AM, arrive at a local village, walk through lush gardens, and board a boat for a 30-minute cruise along the peaceful waterways of Ben Tre.
The first stop is Bao Island to visit a coconut garden and enjoy fresh coconut water. Then, return to the boat and continue to a coconut processing workshop to see the traditional methods of peeling, cracking, and processing coconuts. Afterward, hop on a bicycle for a 4 km ride through Huu Dinh village, passing rice fields and stopping at a brick-making factory to observe the age-old production techniques.
Cross the river and switch to a rowing sampan, paddling through narrow canals lined with nipa palm trees. Arrive at Mrs. Huong’s house to taste tea and coconut candy while learning about her family’s fishing and shrimp trapping livelihood. Then, take a xe lôi ride along peaceful village roads flanked by coconut trees.
Enjoy a five-course lunch at Mango Home Restaurant before cycling to Mr. Ba Tài’s house for a demonstration of traditional rice winemaking.
The journey continues with a visit to Mr. Sau Tuong, a former Viet Cong soldier who spent two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. Now, he and his wife produce My Long’s famous crispy rice paper. Chat with him and watch how rice paper is made.
At 03:30 PM, board the boat back to Ben Tre city, then return to Saigon by car.
In the morning, your driver will pick you up and take you to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, meet your guide and enjoy a scenic drive to Hoi An. After checking in at your hotel, take some time to relax, your room is available from 02:00 PM.
The afternoon is all about exploring Hoi An’s enchanting old town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Stroll through its ancient streets, admire the beauty of the Japanese Bridge, step inside the Chinese Temple, and visit the historic Phung Hung trading house. Let’s end the day with a peaceful tea break at Reaching Out Teahouse.
After your tour, return to the hotel. Dinner is on your own. Enjoy a restful night in Hoi An.
You’ll start your day like a local, sipping a delicious Café Sữa Đá with your guide at a cozy café. Then, dive into the energy of a bustling market, where friendly vendors greet you with smiles. As you explore, you’ll learn about fresh produce, pick out ingredients for your cooking class, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere.
A short, scenic drive takes you to Rêu Dining, where a refreshing organic herb juice awaits. Here, farmers tend to use their crops just as their ancestors did centuries ago. You can stroll through lush vegetable gardens, try farming or fishing, or simply unwind with a soothing herbal foot massage.

After lunch, your driver will take you back to the hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax. Dinner is at your leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.
In the afternoon, travel by car to My Son – the most important Cham archaeological site in the center of Vietnam.
Back to Hoi An for leisure.
In the late afternoon, our guide will take you to authentic restaurant for dinner on paddy field.

After breakfast, enjoy some free time before heading to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in. Your room will be ready at 02:00 PM. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure.
In the evening, your guide will take you to Gia Restaurant, a fine dining spot that reimagines Vietnamese cuisine. Using local ingredients and spices, the chefs blend tradition with modern techniques, creating dishes that are both refined and deeply rooted in culture.
Return to the hotel for the night.
Your guide will start the day by taking you to Hanoi’s most famous landmarks. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Fridays), explore his simple stilt house, and admire the unique architecture of One Pillar Pagoda. Next, let’s step into Vietnam’s past at the Temple of Literature, the country’s first university.
In the afternoon, your journey through history continues at Hoa Lo Prison. Built by the French in the late 19th century, this former prison, once known as “Hell on Earth,” now stands as a museum telling the story of Vietnam’s fight for independence.
Later, climb into a traditional cyclo and enjoy a 45-minute ride through the vibrant streets of the Old Quarter, passing local shops, colonial buildings, and the serene Hoan Kiem Lake.
As the evening sets in, your guide will take you to the East Restaurant for a delicious dinner. Afterward, return to your hotel and unwind for the night.
Note: From June to August, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum closes for maintenance. During this period, an outside visit will be arranged.
We’ll depart from Hanoi in the morning and arrive just in time for lunch. As you board your lovely cruise, you’ll be greeted with breathtaking views of the bay’s iconic limestone karsts. Savor a delicious seafood feast for lunch and dinner, and then relax in your comfortable cabin as you cruise through this magical landscape. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss!
