Welcome to Hanoi! Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our local driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Your room will be available from 2:00 PM onwards. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Begin your day with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you will walk through serene gardens and historic landmarks. Visit the beautiful Presidential Palace, then stop by the modest Stilt House where Ho Chi Minh lived. Nearby is the One Pillar Pagoda, a small but famous temple nestled in a lotus pond.
Then go to the Temple of Literature, built almost a thousand years ago to honor Confucius. This lovely complex was Vietnam’s national university at one point, and its courtyards still have an air of reverence for study and tradition.
In the afternoon, visit Hoa Lo Prison, also known as the “Hanoi Hilton.” This museum offers an emotive insight into Vietnam’s history under colonial occupation and the prisoners’ lives during the Vietnam War.
Next, head to Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where the city is very lively. Each street was named for what was being sold on it, like silk on Hang Gai or silver on Hang Bac. You’ll be dropped off at Dong Xuan Market, the biggest city market, where residents buy everything from spices to household goods.
Return to your hotel late in the afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi. Meals are at your own expense.
Note: The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays and in the afternoons, but the nearby attractions are open.
After finishing your breakfast and checking out of the hotel, you’ll head out on a comfortable drive to Halong Bay, about 200 kilometers from Hanoi. Once you arrive at the port, step aboard your cruise, where the friendly crew will greet you with a cool welcome drink. A delicious lunch will be served as the boat sails through towering limestone formations and emerald waters.
In the afternoon, you can immerse yourself in optional activities like exploring a local fishing village or taking part in a Vietnamese cooking class, depending on the cruise’s itinerary. As the day winds down, return to the ship and relax on the sundeck or in your cabin. Later, enjoy a cozy dinner on board and fall asleep to the gentle sway of the bay beneath you.
After breakfast and hotel check-out in Hanoi, you’ll journey around 200 kilometers to Halong Port. On arrival, board your cruise and be warmly welcomed by the crew with a refreshing drink. While gliding past the bay’s dramatic limestone karsts, enjoy a delicious onboard lunch prepared by the chef.
You will arrive in Hanoi at 03:00 PM and have free time to relax or explore until our car picks you up at the hotel for your evening flight to Da Nang.
(Note: No guide is provided during this transfer).
Upon arrival at Da Nang airport, our local guide and driver will warmly welcome you and take you to your hotel in Hoi An for check-in. Your room will be ready at 02:00 PM. Meals are yours.
The tour begins either at your hotel or at our office, where our friendly tour guide will welcome you and provide a bicycle for your journey. You will start cycling through picturesque paddy fields and shrimp farms, soaking in the peaceful countryside.
Your first stop is Tra Que Vegetable Village, a tranquil spot known for its lush gardens. Here, you’ll take a leisurely stroll among vegetable beds and even join local farmers in traditional gardening activities like digging, sowing, and harvesting using centuries-old tools. Don’t miss trying E Water, a local herbal drink made from the village’s famous vegetables; its distinct medicinal flavor offers a true taste of Tra Que.
Next, enjoy a relaxing bike ride past vibrant rice paddies and rural scenery as you head to a traditional lantern-making workshop. Skilled artisans will demonstrate their craft and guide you through the steps of creating your colorful lantern, a perfect handmade souvenir to bring home.
After your creative experience, your tour guide will escort you back to your hotel, marking the end of a meaningful day immersed in the local culture.
Start your morning with an exciting visit to a bustling local market, where you’ll engage with friendly vendors and learn how to choose the freshest ingredients. As you soak in the lively atmosphere, you’ll begin to understand the role these markets play in daily Vietnamese life.
Next, head to a peaceful Organic Vegetable Village known for its eco-friendly farming methods. Here, you’ll roll up your sleeves and join local farmers in preparing the soil, fertilizing with seaweed, planting herbs, and watering the vibrant gardens. It’s a fun and meaningful way to connect with the land and its traditions.
The experience continues with a hands-on cooking class led by a skilled local chef. You’ll prepare four traditional Vietnamese dishes, gaining insight into authentic ingredients and techniques. After all the cooking, it’s time to sit down and enjoy your delicious creations, served with side dishes like morning glory, soup, steamed rice, and a sweet dessert.
Before heading back, you’ll receive detailed recipes so you can recreate your favorite dishes back home. Your guide will then take you back to the hotel. The afternoon is free for you to relax or explore on your own. Dinner is self-arranged.
In the morning, you take a ride on the modern cable car system, the longest in Southeast Asia. As you ascend, the stunning views of Da Nang unfurl below you, a lovely beginning to the day.
Your first stop is the iconic Golden Bridge. This breathtaking walkway, held up by enormous stone hands, provides a surreal backdrop for photos. Next, you wander through the enchanting Le Jardin D’Amour gardens and stop to visit the serene Linh Ung Pagoda.
Then the second cable car transports you to the lively French Village. There, you can bask in street performances, be amazed by creative statues, visit temples, and even take a thrilling ride down the Slide of Tube Car.
Lunch is at your own expense, after which the next quest starts. In the afternoon, you board the Lava Train and head to exciting new locations in the hills. On arrival, you enter Fantasy Park, where you can see different themed zones, enjoy thrilling rides, and play interactive games that are fun for everyone.
At about 03:00 PM, you head back to the cable car station to ride down the mountain. Your minivan collects you between 04:45 PM and 05:45 PM and brings you back to your hotel.
Dinner is not provided. You spend the night at the hotel.
You are free today to enjoy Hoi An in your own way. You might like to visit the lantern-lit streets, discover local handicrafts, or simply unwind at a riverside café with a cup of Vietnamese coffee.
No meals are arranged for today. You’ll spend the night at your hotel in Hoi An.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading to Da Nang airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Though no guide will escort you during the transfer, we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. Please note your room is available until 12:00 PM.
Upon arrival in HCMC, our guide and driver will warmly welcome you and take you to your hotel. After check-in (available from 2:00 PM), you’ll have the afternoon to relax or explore the city at your leisure. Dinner is not included.
Your morning begins with a hotel pickup between 07:30 and 08:00 AM, followed by a scenic drive to Cu Chi District. As you arrive, a short documentary will provide insight into the ingenuity behind the tunnel system and the harsh realities of wartime survival. This background sets the stage for your guided tour through the remaining network.
As you walk through the tunnels, you’ll step into a world once hidden, complete with living quarters, kitchens, workshops, and strategic command rooms. You’ll also encounter cleverly disguised trapdoors and security defenses used by guerrilla fighters. To conclude the visit, sip on warm tea and taste boiled cassava, the simple but vital diet of the time. If you’re feeling adventurous, try your hand at the shooting range before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City around 03:00 PM.
Once breakfast is done, your day begins with a journey to My Tho, a quiet town on the banks of the Mekong River. A traditional wooden sampan awaits to take you through the tranquil waters, gliding past the scenic Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands. On Unicorn Island, stroll along village paths shaded by fruit trees, listen to soulful folk songs, and sample fresh seasonal fruits offered by the locals.
Later, a hand-rowed sampan takes you through the peaceful canals of Thoi Son, where a visit to a honeybee farm and a coconut candy workshop brings you closer to rural life. At a riverside restaurant, enjoy a hearty lunch before choosing between a leisurely bicycle ride around Tan Thach village or resting in a hammock under swaying palm trees. The afternoon concludes with a comfortable drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner is left to your own arrangement.
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, the rest of the day is yours to explore Ho Chi Minh City at your own pace. Once known as Saigon, this vibrant metropolis offers a fascinating blend of historical landmarks, French colonial architecture, and buzzing modern life.
You might begin your discovery with a visit to the War Remnants Museum, where powerful exhibits provide deep insight into the Vietnam War. Nearby, the Reunification Palace stands as a lasting symbol of the country’s reunification. As you move through the city center, be sure to admire the red-brick Notre-Dame Cathedral and the adjacent Central Post Office, both iconic remnants of French influence.
For shopping and local flavors, Ben Thanh Market is an ideal stop to find souvenirs and sample authentic Vietnamese dishes. If panoramic views are what you seek, the Sky Deck at Bitexco Financial Tower offers stunning vistas of the city skyline. In the evening, Nguyen Hue Walking Street and Bui Vien Street come alive with music, lights, and lively energy. Alternatively, a relaxing cruise along the Saigon River provides a calmer, scenic end to your day.
On your final day, enjoy some free time at your leisure before our driver picks you up for your transfer to the airport (guide not included). Your hotel room will be available until 12:00 noon. All meals today are yours. We wish you a pleasant journey ahead!
