On arrival at Da Nang International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your driver and transferred to your hotel for check-in (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM). If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at the hotel and begin exploring the city at your own pace.

The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. Relax on the beautiful My Khe Beach, discover local cafes, stroll along the Han River, or visit nearby shopping areas. In the evening, you may choose to explore the lively night market, admire the city’s illuminated bridges, or enjoy fresh seafood at one of Da Nang’s renowned local restaurants. Overnight in Da Nang.

Depart early this morning at 7:30 AM for Hue, about 100 km and a two-hour drive from Da Nang. Along the way, stop at the Hai Van Pass, a mountain pass of roughly 21 km on National Route 1A that forms the natural border between Hue and Da Nang and is considered one of the most scenic hillside roads in Vietnam. Continue to Lang Co Beach, known for more than 10 km of white sand and clear blue water, ideal for a relaxing stop and photographs.

On arrival, your guide takes you to explore the magnificent Hue Citadel, set on the northern bank of the Perfume River and made up of three walled enclosures: the Citadel, the Yellow Imperial City, and the Purple City. At its centre lies the Forbidden Purple City (Tu Cam Thanh), once reserved for the King and his household. The complex is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda, the oldest and most famous pagoda in Hue, beautifully situated on the banks of the Perfume River, where you can admire its elegant seven-storey tower and peaceful grounds.

Enjoy lunch featuring Hue cuisine at a lovely local restaurant (at your own expense), followed by a short rest. Later, visit the Khai Dinh Tomb, one of the most beautiful tombs in Hue, renowned for its unique blend of Vietnamese and European architecture, intricate mosaics, and elaborate interior decoration.

Drive back to Da Nang in the late afternoon, arriving at your hotel in the early evening. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in Da Nang.

Between 8:00 and 8:20 AM, you are collected from your hotel in Da Nang. At 8:30 AM, the van transfers you to Monkey Mountain, where a giant statue of the Lady Buddha stands against a stunning backdrop of mountains and an extensive bonsai garden. Enjoy a gentle walk through this heavenly garden, listening to fascinating stories while feeling the fresh sea breeze.

From 9:30 to 10:00 AM, explore the Marble Mountains and stop to visit the local stone sculpture workshops, one of Da Nang’s most impressive traditional handicraft villages. Climb to the summit (an elevator is optional), where you will see beautiful 19th-century pagodas built during Vietnam’s last dynasty, and explore Huyen Khong or Tang Chon Caves. Continue to Am Phu Cave, the largest and most fascinating cave in the complex, where you can learn about Buddhist philosophy and photograph its remarkable natural formations.

At 11:45 AM, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Between 12:30 and 1:00 PM, you are dropped off at your hotel and the tour ends. The rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight in Da Nang.

After breakfast at the hotel, you are collected at 8:00 AM and head out to Ba Na Hills. Enjoy a scenic ride on one of the most modern cable car systems in Southeast Asia, stopping at Dream Stream Cable Car Station to admire the breathtaking views over Da Nang’s coastline.

After the first cable car ride, visit the Golden Bridge, famous for its striking design and recognised by The Guardian as one of the world’s most prominent pedestrian bridges, followed by Le Jardin D’amour (a series of nine themed gardens) and Linh Ung Pagoda. Take the second cable car up to the French Village, where you can enjoy street music, admire art statues, the Campanile, the Nine-Floor Goddess Shrine, and Tombstone Temple, watch carnival performances, and explore Square Du Dome.

Enjoy a buffet lunch at a restaurant on site. Afterwards, ride the Lava Train from Sun Kingdom to discover attractions such as Helios Waterfall, Time Gate, and the Moon Kingdom. Then join Fantasy Park, walking through the Fairy Forest, Dinosaur Park, and Jurassic Park, and trying rides and games including 5D Wild West, the 4D Death Race, 3D Mega 360 Degrees, Journey into the Underground, the Freefall Tower, and the Horror House, along with more than 90 free games.

The morning is free at leisure. At around 12:30 PM, the van and your guide collect you from your hotel in the Da Nang area.

Start your adventure at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, where you can immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of the water coconut forest on a relaxing boat trip, learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat, and watch a lively basket-boat performance.

At around 2:30 PM, continue to Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its timeless charm and rich cultural heritage. Enjoy a traditional art performance at the Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House, offering an authentic glimpse into local folklore and music. Your walking tour continues to the Museum of Trade Ceramics, which showcases the town’s long history as a major trading port; the beautifully preserved Tan Ky Ancient House, a 200-year-old merchant residence blending Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese architecture; and the historic Cantonese Assembly Hall, admired for its intricate carvings and vibrant colours. Stop by the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, one of Hoi An’s most recognisable landmarks.

As evening falls, enjoy free time at the Hoi An Night Market, soaking in the lantern-lit atmosphere and shopping for local handicrafts. Dinner is served featuring Hoi An specialty food. At 6:30 PM, enjoy a boat ride on the Hoai River and release flower lanterns to pray for good luck for you and your family. The tour finishes in Hoi An at 7:00 PM, and you are dropped off at your hotel in Da Nang at around 8:30 PM. Overnight in Da Nang.
